RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Laced. will not be responsible for any product that has not been properly identified and authorized for return in accordance with Laced. return policy. Laced. reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received. If any additional pieces are included in your box that were not reported or listed on your RA. They will be disregarded and unclaimed.
Do you allow exchanges?
Yes, we do! We understand that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.
Return Guidelines
1 Items returned within 3 days after arrival date will be eligible for store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
2 All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Products with a removed hang tags are not eligible for return. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense.
3 All items are returned to Laced. at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.
4 A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Laced. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
Customers are responsible to pay shipping fees when an exchange or a return is requested.
Do you allow refunds?
We only offer and issue online store credit. We will print out a gift card for you to use on your next purchase. We do not keep record of the gift card, so do not lose it!
